off-site records management, searching and reporting
capabilities of MasterTrak.
Easy*Image is integrated within MasterTrak
to provide a complete records management solution of
both imaged and non-imaged records, not offered by other
stand-alone tracking systems or imaging systems.
This combination allows documents to be
searched and viewed instantly. If the original files
are needed, MasterTrak has kept track of where documents
are stored, whether they are active or archived off-site.
Scanned documents are automatically indexed
and linked with the corresponding folder, without having
to enter individual document numbers or apply barcodes
to documents for recognition. If individual document
titles or numbers are needed, images can be scanned
individually. For ease of entry, a standard set of documents
can be set up which will apply to all folders.

standard scanners and output storage devices.
Easy*Image combines the many benefits

offered by MasterTrak. Integrated within MasterTrak,

TRACK DOCUMENTS
All of your important documents can be
tracked IN or OUT of the folder. Documents can be identified
as complete or incomplete. A predetermined standard
set of documents can be established to assist in entering
information for all new files. When a standard set of
documents is set up, a document (i.e., loan application,
patient questionnaire, etc.) placed into the folder
is automatically numbered. It inventories the document
into the folder and tracks whether it is completed.
Reports can be generated to show all
records that contain incomplete documents. With Easy*Image,
the documents can be viewed from your PC without having
to retrieve the folder.
Once the documents have been scanned,
they can be viewed and printed by first pressing Find
and keying the file number, loan number or name and
then pressing View. Images are viewed as thumbnail images
on the View screen. Each image can be selected and zoomed
to the desired size. If needed, the images can be printed
or faxed individually or all at one time.
Having instant access to these file document images
on your network makes accessing the information maintained
in the file room much more convenient and makes retrieving
information more efficient. With Easy*Image, you will
never lose an important document or waste another minute
retrieving a document.
NO OTHER IMAGING
SYSTEM LIKE IT
Presently, no other imaging system on the market operates
as efficiently as Easy*Image because it operates differently
that other document imaging systems. With a database
of your room folders, images are accessed or scanned
by simply pressing the Scan or View buttons. While other
systems require barcodes to be placed on documents or
manually entered, Easy*Image simply links all documents
to the file folder into which the documents are being
automatically scanned.
MasterTrak has the ability to import data with the
built in Universal Data Converter. Your main database
of loans, accounts, patients, etc. can be established
in minutes. After that, the file documents can be scanned
and imaged very quickly.
IMAGE AUTOMATICALLY
INDEXES TO FOLDER
Images of your documents are automatically
indexed and linked to the folder on the screen without
having to read barcode on the documents. Instead of
requiring the correct barcodes be placed on the documents
prior to being scanned, Easy*Image only needs to scan
the documents, unchanged, by pressing Scan All. This
is important when you are scanning originals that can
not be altered, such as contracts or titles, etc. The
time savings from not having to manually prepare documents
with barcode labels will save you both time to complete
